The Madonna and Child is a theme that has been popular since the creation of the concept of art. Parents want to remember when their children were small and cute. Children have another idea generally than to sit quietly for a photo shoot. You can generally count on about 30 minutes of novelty before the crying begins! Sometimes, those are the moments where you can capture something between the parents and the child that is special.
I am a commercial photographer in Austin TX. I am currently contracted as the webmaster and Photographer for GT Distributors and www.gtdist.com. I do product photography, some journalistic photography and imagery for the GT Distributors catalogs, advertisements and website. I also enjoy doing freelance work on the side.
I delve into portraiture, nature/travel photography, and pure art shooting whenever possible. Any freelance work I do has to be worked into my contracted schedule.
